I previously held the position of Head of Resource & Culture within the security sector, this was a high responsibility role that oversaw all HR and recruitment within the business as well as supporting other head office roles where required. Key responsibilities of this role included:- Employee onboarding/offboarding and contract issue- Dealing with all HR procedures (e.g. Investigation, Disciplinary, Grievance, Tribunal, Appeal Hearings)- Ensure the implementation and updates of the company Quality Manual in accordance with ISO9001- In house security screening of all employees in accordance with BS7858- Developed the Colleague Engagement Survey and ensured the implementation of action plans following the results- Oversaw the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring that business needs were met- Working closely with clients in order to meet their expectations and requirements- Implementation of Covid-19 furlough process'- Manage large scale TUPE process'- As the Data Protection Officer for the business I ensured that GDPR regulations were adhered to- Supported the finance function of the business by providing accurate information required for payroll- Acknowledging and driving training requirements to support employee development- Creation of company policies in line with new legislation (e.g. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policy, Modern Slavery policy)

I previously worked for H&M as a manager of ladieswear, homewear and scheduling, my last location for the business was Wolverhampton. The three key parts of my role here focused on selling, employees and profitability. Throughout my time with H&M I worked in many different stores across the country, including flagship locations such as Birmingham and Cardiff. As a result of my hard-work and dedication to the business I was a nominee for the H&M employee of the year awards 2019.
