Currently working at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant and leading the London DC team. I’m passionate about working across all aspects of DC to deliver meaningful results to members and plan sponsors.My role involves working with Trustees and Corporate buyers to deliver a full range of governance, communication, regulatory and plan design advice as well as being responsible for the London DC team from a commercial and people perspective.I have experience managing many large change projects including harmonisation of complex and diverse pension arrangements, transitioning of pension providers and/or vehicles from strategic design to provider selection and implementation, and asset transitions, working collaboratively with various stakeholders and buyers to ensure successful completion. I have developed and delivered member engagement and communication programmes based around solid foundations of behavioural science to improve member appreciation and understanding of their benefits, including providing face to face member education. Working with Trustees and Pension committees, I ensure their plans operate within the regulatory framework and demonstrate a high level of governance with effective operational controls in place. I also lead the London DC team, and sit on a number of development groups to ensure we serve our clients by developing propositions that support the effective management of their DC provision.
