Delivering the Early Career Framework training sessions for Early Career Teachers Delivering Early Career Mentor training for Early Career Mentor

Providing SEND training to support and enhanced teaching practice, courses include:- Autism a deeper perspective , Signalong , Creating communication friendly environments, Working memory (sticky learning) , Sensory Harmony , Supporting communication for all, Colourful semantics, Supporting Social communication in the Early years, De escalation techniques and supportive learning environment's , Understanding my diagnosis, The engagement model , and may more bespoke to the setting and children individual needs .

Teaching and delivering Signalong to Adults and children to assist those with communication difficulties and English as an additional language. Signalong is a sign–supporting system used in spoken word order and uses a total communication approach to reference links between sign and word.2022 - achieved GOLD standard award from Signalong for my delivery and implementation of Signalong across the Trust

SEND Advisor / ADOS assessor / Consultant Teacher and Training Facilitator Consulting with schools and settings (Age 2-25) to ensure inclusive teaching and learning for all pupils. Creating and delivering high quality training for the Local Authority, Teach First and parents. Providing written reports to support Autism diagnosis within school settings in group and 1:1 sessions. Key responsibilities• Establishing positive collaborative working relationships with SENCOs in diverse settings• Supporting the professional development and classroom practice of teachers specialising in SEND• Collaborative working with Bolton School Communication and Interaction Panel. (BSCIP) documenting observations, 1:1 assessments and reports for Autism diagnosis• Completing ADOS assessments to support the diagnosis of Autism through a Multi-Disciplinary team• Observation and assessments informing a written report for EHCP application• Facilitation of online and face to face training (Sign along, Inclusive Classroom Practice, Autism Spectrum Disorder, communication strategies and use of visual supports, working memory, Sensory Harmony - Identifying the sensory need, NASENCO, National Autistic Society) • Being at the forefront of an innovative approach to supporting Neurodiversity• Delivering targeted interventions and upskilling school staff on innovative approaches to teaching and learning• Facilitation of online courses for Early Career Teachers specialising in SEND
