For the last 20yrs I have worked in the field of HEALTH, 13 of which I have done at the Fundació Centre Higiene Mental Nou Barris, in the area of Mental Health working in the front office and dealing in daily basis with the patient and also doing back office tasks, which has been a fantastic learning experience that has allowed me to expand my skills in terms of customer service and in conflict and problem solving. I have previously worked in other areas as an administrative both in service companies (intercontinental freight forwarders, logistics, office support services,...) and in the sale of different products (books, courses, computer components...) and everything has shaped the person I am today, a professional focused on personalized attention, conflict/problem solving and process innovation with the aim of improving my efficiency and that of the team I work with.
