Hi my name is Gemma and I am a level 4 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. I have been in the fitness industry for over 14 years and I now own my very own 1-1 private studio for personal training called GC Fitness which opened April 2021.Health and Fitness has always been a passion of mine and I want to help inspire, educate, motivate and change peoples perceptions of a healthy lifestyle in a positive manner. I do not focus on quick fixes or short term transformation programmes. I focus on creating consistency to allow for a healthy lifestyle that is maintainable for the individual. I also work with rehabilitation clients to aid them back to fitness to improve their overall quality of life.I am qualified in many areas covering personal training, advanced nutrition, cardiac rehabilitation and stroke rehabilitation, rehabilitation from injury or operations and various classes.
