A change of career after having my children. Currently working full time in a busy nursery with a key group of 13. Liaising with colleagues and parents to archive the best care for the children in my care. I have completed a teaching assistant course with the South Farnham trust, speech language course with Surrey and currently working towards my level 2 qualification focusing on Autism. I have a keen interest in working with additional needs. I have referred for support, completed Surrey Support Plans, implemented and reviewed cycles, confidently put in place resources to assist a child such as Now and Next, count downs, colour semantics and forms of non verbal communication, body language. I have a detailed knowledge of the EYFS, Curiosity approach and In the moment planning/practice. One of my other passions is music/singing and song so i incorporated this into my practice. I have trained briefly before my second child with Len Tyler at the Len Tyler Music School so have a detailed understanding of how to deliver pulse, rhythm and pitch.

Passed my qualification with distinction

manage a team of 13, developed 4 assistant managers, developed 8 barista maestro's, maintained +90% team engagement, all green wincard and 0% team turnover, earned 2 bronze and 1 silver flying bean, opened 3 new stores, managed 2 re-images, multi site manager throughout Christmas period, shooting stars trainer, assistant manager meeting host, health and safety auditor and trained 3 managers new to the business making them ready to go into there own store's. Recently i was shortlisted out of the whole company to the top 5 for 'Store manager of the year'

over see ordering, staffing, stock levels, and a relaunch. unfortunately cooks the bakery were sold on and majority of store were closed.
