Project overview: Use of fragment-based libraries and libraries derived from diversity orientated synthesis, for the development of small molecule anti-cancer inhibitors of kinases, nuclear receptors and bromodomains. Hit identification and hit-to-lead chemistry from both traditional fragment libraries and novel ‘FragLite’ library. Expansion of FragLite library to map and identify protein-protein interaction hot spots with new ‘PepLite’ library.

Medical Scientist in Early Clinical Development, Oncology Project overview: Clinical literature and database research and contributing to the running of a phase I oncology clinical trial. Insight into: Conducting clinical trials and patient perspective from clinic visits.
