Managing confectionary for our most important seasonal periods such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day etc. and the Frozen Foods category.

Similar to my previous role, I mange the promotional supply chain process for BWS products for our Tesco stores in the Republic of Ireland.The current market in Ireland is a lot more volatile and competitive than that of the UK, so this role is not without its challenges. I have to depend upon my resilience daily to ensure the last minute, reactive changes to promotions are managed efficiently so that no customer is disappointed. The changes are often outside of process so prioritising workload and detailed analysis of data is needed to ensure I am sending the right amount of stock to the right stores. Strong collaboration and communication with my Buyers, Suppliers and colleagues at depot are essential to delivering my promotional plans.I am particularly proud of my recent performance over the past year and especially over Christmas where the category saw its best ever service levels (supplier to depot & depot to store) and a 3% increase year on year. I created my own detailed stock push plans based on previous years history, providing my Suppliers and Depot colleagues with timelines for orders and phasing of volume so that stock wasn't slowing down the network. Working closely with my Buying and Merchandising teams, I made a week by week plan for each store and each product, ensuring the stock flowed to stores at the right times. This along with glowing reports from stores, customers and senior management on availability meant that I had improved the ways of working and built a plan which could be used at other peak times such as Easter and the following Christmas.

I manage the promotional supply chain process for Impulse products across ROI, consisting of feature end space, events, foyer deals etc. My role includes product forecasting and planning for stores, collaborating with Supplier's, Stores, Marketing and Buying teams to ensure a successful launch and great availability for our customers during the promotion.I review stock levels in depot and store to always ensure that stock is in the right place at the right time, whilst ensuring service levels and KPIs are always met.I continue to work closely with various stakeholders also including 3rd Party Logistics, hauliers and depots, maintaining constant communication and following a critical path.

On a day to day basis, I work within Supply chain managing stock intake into depots across the nation for Grocery and World Foods departments, ensuring stockholding is always maximised and efficient. I am responsible for working with a mix of around 250 Suppliers as well as over 10,000 lines - adapting easily to the difference of each Supplier and category of products. Routines include reviewing and releasing orders to make sure stock is in the right place at the right time, communicating and negotiating with Suppliers on a daily basis, ensuring the right outcome is always achieved and not afraid to demand more when service is below target. I work daily with consolidators, depots, hauliers and Suppliers from all over the World, solving problems and aiding with queries, as well as working closely with Buying and Commercial teams which include many ad-hoc routines as well as helping with Supplier availability.

My role consisted of investigating stock issues and finding solutions, as well as providing assistance to customers (both internal and external) with stock queries. I had sole responsibility for Saturday stock management and management of department stock counts. Other routines included the calculation and reporting on any stock errors and discontinued lines, as well as administration duties to assist Managers when reporting on stock.

Since graduating I have worked on some personal illustration projects as well as some work for London Fashion Week for Ameilia's Magazine. I am currently working on a new website and more creative projects which will be unveiled this year. I helped stylists select clothes for photoshoots/TV productions, ensuring the items were packaged and sent to the correct location, as well as managing the return of the items back into the store. I also completed briefs sent from magazines which included selecting clothes and accessories to fit the needs of the models and idea of the brief.
