SalterBaxter is a sustainability consultancy. Part of my remit was to increase digital revenue. I developed a new digital offering, enabling the tracking and synthesis of all leading sustainability influencer conversations across social. The subsequent growth in digital revenue helped bring about the acquisition of SalterBaxter by Publicis Groupe. Appointed as the third employee of this start-up, I helped the company grow and develop. We became the digital arm for all of FCB's advertising briefs, I closely managed the planning of all their digital work across accounts.
