Prior to joining Becketts in March 2024 I started working in the financial services industry in 2001, I worked as a senior personal banking manager for the Lloyds Banking Group, dealing with clients either on the telephone or a face-to-face basis. Taking a break in 2010 due to the birth of my son Dylan I returned to work in 2012 as a financial administrator with Moss and Roberts. I worked there for six years dealing with clients and liaising between them and the financial adviser. I really enjoyed the interaction with the clients and the financial advisers in helping them achieve and realise their financial objectives. I then made the move to Waveney Valley IFA Ltd in December 2018 as an Executive Financial Administrator; when the company was formed and was an integral part of the team taking on more responsibility with Waveney Valley overseeing the day to day running of the office.
