This was a role of many hats. I organised all client events and entertainments, socials, staff training, CPD sessions, set up all new jobs, worked on compliance, helped with HR and sickness, keeping Bamboo the HR system up to date.I also covered all client meet and greets, looked after office stock level, stationery, refreshments. I helped with marketing.

This was a split role between secretarial duties and covering front of house and all client meet and greets. I was in the team of secretaries across the country moving front of house forward and raising the standards on customer service offered, along with suggesting ways to improve and be more efficient in ways of working. I also worked on ad hoc projects.

• This was a busy and varied role covering:
• Managing the admin and finance function of the school. Line manager to two members of staff.
• Creating and implementing admin policies and procedures
• Compiling and submitting statistical returns and census
• Monitoring service contracts, school licences and insurance, liaising with contractors about building works and completing the relevant paperwork
• Organising trips, compiling letters, booking appointments, managing diaries, liaising with third party providers for school visits, organising after school clubs, booking rooms, facilitating exclusions, completing new.

Leeds

• My role involved:
• To co-ordinate, plan and manage all aspects of events (dinners, exhibitions, conferences and meetings) from conception to completion in order to maximise revenue for the University.
• To provide a ‘one stop shop’ conference, hospitality and events service to internal and external customers whilst providing excellent customer service.
• Ongoing communication with clients of various seniority via a range of phonecalls, email and face to face meetings.
• To establish and maintain effective working relationships with potential clients and stakeholders, including carrying out regular campus show rounds.
• To maintain and update customer information, project status, public relations and enquirer information.
