Model leadership practice as a subject lead in Dance; in learning and teaching, assessing and developing engaging curriculum and extra-curriculum programmes and opportunities, across KS3 to 5 within the academy and community.
Lead, monitor and support subject leads in designing, creating and implementing long, mid and short-term curriculum maps with schemes of learning and lessons which are innovative, engaging and relevant to the student needs.
