I conduct virtual consultations. I take biometrics and coach customers through the home kits for self blood draw for cholesterol and glucose readings.

I looked after the administration for external clients who hired the school sports venues outside of school hours. This included emails from enquiry to ongoing client care questions and concerns. I booked clients and maintained the booking system, liaised with the finance team regarding payments, created spreadsheets for seasonal user trends, ensured important documentation was submitted including Risk Assessments, DBS & Safeguarding policies, Public Liability Insurance, Track & Trace information. I communicated with the lettings team regarding their schedules and any feedback from the clients requiring attention.I was also an invigilator at the school, supervising students during exams and ensuring exam conditions and regulations were met. I also assisted with Covid-19 testing for the staff and students.

To recruit and retain host families for students visiting Worthing for a cultural and educational home stay. To match students with host families, and assisting general course enquiries and administration in a busy school office. *The school closed down in March 2020 due to the pandemic.
