I have gained valuable experience supporting pupils within both mainstream and special needs provisions. I use a consistent approach to breakdown the barriers to learning. I support pupils with communication, behaviour and mixed complex needs to enable them to reach their full potential. I work collaboratively with outside agencies, parents and carers to ensure the best possible care of the pupils which I am involved with.I understand the importance of the sharing of information.
