- Solutions manager for all of Wales, Gloucester and the midlands- Address customer inquiries and concerns to facilitate decision making, maintain engagement and enhance product use. - Visit practices and/or arrange video conference calls to train clients on all portfolio products with a heavy focus on VetIMPRESS. - On farm visits to train farmers on using products when requested by vets. - Discover practice focus points to ensure they were using the most relevant products.- Proficiently use a CRM system to record contacts, meetings and place orders. - Engage with Veterinary Universities to enhance industry awareness of the VetIMPRESS brand. This included finding and arranging meetings with Key influencers within the faculties and presenting to their final year students. - Work alongside colleagues to improve and enhance the offerings within VetIMPRESS. - Champion the rollout of nationwide initiatives with government funded projects. Working with WLBP assurance body, Iechyd da and WVSC. - Alongside my colleagues I train clients and feed back to the corporate bodies on possible improvements or adjustments to their programmes.

-Working alongside another veterinary advisor as part of the ruminant business unit for Ceva UK providing technical information for on and off licence product use.-Providing technical training for the team on new and existing products, and technical information for marketing campaign literature.-Leading the integration of Ridgeway Biologials Ltd with the Ceva Ruminant Business Unit. This included advising on technical and administrative queries as well as submitting orders, following up on sales, communicating any production timings with clients and discussions on use and costings.-Attending European meetings for technical training-Hosting vet and farmer talks on a range of topics-Organising the Ceva Cattle webinar series alongside Ceva colleagues.-Advising and following up on pharmacovigilance cases.-Organising the creation of reports utilising on farm software programs to allow simplified selection for treatment, a request from key account holders to fully utilise the product. This involved cold calling the programmers to find out if it was possible and thankfully they happily obliged.-Communicating with the territory managers, providing technical back up where necessary, answering their queries and researching competitors.-Organising potential product case study’s/trails with interested vets, determining feasibility with corporate personnel and collecting relevant information for animal test certificates as a VMD requirement.-Maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders.

Large animal vet working in a mixed practiceWorking as a large animal vet within a mixed practice; involved in all aspects of large animal veterinary including, advice calls, Tb testing, fertility visits, surgeries, health planning, farmer presentations & further.-Ample experience of emergency work with both large animals and small including out of hours work.-Keen interest in herd and flock management. Particularly transition cow management, udder health, young stock management and disease eradication.-Conducted antibiotic reviews and completed herd health plans.
