I have taken this job on again as a second job weekends I didn't last a year not doing this job I absolutely love this job and woth the pandemic I wanted to do my bit ,i care for the elderly and disabled - i have learnt to use hoists and other equipment needed to help those who could not help themselves - i do a lot of personal care, administer medication, i sit with people with dementia for a few hours to give family members a break - i love this job it was so rewarding and i hope to do my NVQ's and then become a health care assistant and from there train to be a nurse that is my ultimate goal. i thrive on looking after people its the kind of reward that money can not buy..........

Chasing debt and allocation of debt from parts and services to insurance and vehicle debt along with other administration duties also producing debt reports I now also look after the accounts for the trade parts hub I do petty cash and many more other jobs to help out...... I love being on the phone to customers when the money comes in its the best feeling........ More recently I've been doing sales calls for VIP events...... No greater feeling than helping out and getting appointments for my colleagues....... I love this job! Keeps me on my toes and very fast paced which I thrive in......

I started off as a part time shop assistant at the age of 17 by the time i was 18 i was moved to another shop as assistant manager and by the time i was 19 i was made manager in my first 6 month i got the sales up by 5k a month. I took care of stock replenishment and rotation, retailing invoices up, a daily and weekly SOB, stock takes, confectionery and tobacco orders, paper and magazine orders and returns, paper deliveries in the city center, general housekeeping of the shop, opening up and closing the shop. great customer service i received NVQ's in retail management and customer service - this is a job i loved - i love face to face customer contact and making the shop one of the most profitable across the who 30 branches in the time i was manager.

i started off here as a weekend waitress - after a few month i started to work almost every night and every weekend within a few month i was head waitress - i served food, took orders, took payment for orders, helped with stock orders, had to have excellent customer service not only to deal with day to day running but those occasions where we received customer complaints. i had to think fast and act fast a very fast paced job that i loved.
