Property Manager
Current• Assist in delivering an effective and customer-centric housing management service within A2Dominion's Private and Intermediate rented portfolio.• Resolve customer queries promptly by liaising with A2Dominion Operational Teams, residents, and 3rd party providers as needed.• Conduct regular estate & property inspections, ensuring comprehensive reporting and follow-up actions.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.• Oversee cost control for blocks and provide regular reports to optimise service efficiency.• Ensure compliance monitoring is conducted according to agreed schedules and legislation.• Support the Line Manager and team, acting as a capable deputy in their absence.• Collaborate with the Lettings team to review lettings and marketing activities in line with internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Conduct property viewings, providing applicants with relevant property and lettings information.• Oversee the efficient collection of rental income, coordinating with internal contacts and customers.• Manage all start and end of tenancy activities.• Facilitate the successful implementation of the empty property management processes, minimizing costs and revenue loss.
