Currently, I am working at Recog Analytics where I serve as Data Scientist and Quality Manager. In this role, I oversee the implementation of Regulatory Requirements, such as ISO 27001 and the High category of the National Security Framework (ENS). Additionally, as Data Scientist, I lead Research and Development (R&D) projects, integrating multidisciplinary teams to achieve our strategic objectives. I am dedicated to operational excellence and the fulfillment of the highest quality standards in all aspects of my work.At FlowReserve Labs I worked on computational fluid dynamics for the development and optimal implementation of coronary stents. I also work as Data Scientist, analyzing and developing models from (big) data. Apart from my technical responsibilities, I also engage in the preparation of technical justifications for projects. Additionally, I have undergone training in Business Impact, further enhancing my skill set and understanding of how our projects and initiatives can influence the overall business outcomes.Before joining the company, I did my PhD in applied mathematics at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). During this, I worked on modelling and numerical simulation - in particular ODEs - where I developed several tools to ensure optimal calibration. In addition, I worked on European projects, where I calibrated cancer models from experimental data, simulated them and then performed the uncertainty quantification. In the last months of my PhD, I have been involved in the development of methods to discover interpretable dynamic models from data, known as Universal Differential Equations.
