While working at Vets4Pets I worked on reception answering phone calls, booking clients in as well as booking appointments for future. I also had to get medication ready for the clients to collect as well as interact with many different animals and deal with difficult clients sometimes. I also replied to emails and voicemails as well as using a Digital.

While at my short time at yours clothing I was helping customers find the right outfit for a night out or even just a new top for no occasion at all, but I am always happy to help the customers feel comfortable. I was also trained on the tills and I am able to take in deliveries and put the stock away, at the same time making sure that there were each size.

I was working as part of a team who were responsible for the up keep of guest rooms this included ensuring all rooms were cleaned to a high standard, linen changed, toiletries replenished, I made sure that all of the fittings and fixtures were working and reported any faults to the maintenance department so that they could be fixed in time for the next.

My responsibilities within the complex of the cinema included all areas of the operation from cleaning screens and the cinema public areas to selling tickets and the food and drink that is sold within the cinema.
