Manage the sales for three communities - RiverWalk, a senior living independent community; the Assisted Living Program (ALP); and the Residences Assisted Living and Memory Support community.

Directed a sales team to acquire deposits for 161 apartments, for which 75% had been marketed. The Vista will be a Life Plan Retirement Community offering both Life Care and Fee For Service, part of Christian Health Care Center. The Vista will open in the Spring 2021.

Sales and Marketing of a Life Plan Retirement Community with 222 residential apartments, 34 assisted living apartments, 13 memory support rooms and a 26-bed skilled nursing facility. Member of the senior management team, oversaw sales, marketing, advertising, press relations, community relations and event planning. Community liaison with local government and businesses. Partnered with fellow directors, the Kendal Corporation, to develop new business initiatives, fostering a strong culture of Kendal's Values and Practices with all stakeholders including residents, prospects, families, and board members.

Coordinated and reconciled Long Term Care insurance reimbursement. Performed check-in visits and supervision of care staff on an as needed basis.
