As Marketing Administrator my main responsibility is to deal with employer and sub contractor vacancies. I process vacancies submitted and ensure they are advertised on both the Total People and National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) website, this involves me applying for company ERN numbers from the Skills Funding Agency, forwarding applicant's CVs to employers, arranging interviews where required and closing out the vacancy once a successful applicant has been appointed. When advertising a vacancy on the total people website I use Wordpress. I am responsible for dealing with NAS referrals by forwarding them on to the relevant training adviser and logging them on the Total People enquiries' system. If required I am able to run reports from the NAS website to show which vacancies a sector has live or the vacancies they have closed without a successful applicant. I deal with a number of general apprenticeship and vacancy enquiries each day via email and telephone. I am required to provide support to people wishing to apply for vacancies by providing them with details on how to apply and answering any questions which they may have regarding live vacancies. As part of my Marketing Administrator role I arrange careers / apprenticeship events and school talks. I am responsible for organising the events/talks with the schools/companies, establishing the target audience and requirements of the schools/companies, ensuring the required literature is prepared and ready to be taken out to the schools/companies and when required I attend the events to promote Total People Apprenticeships in the number of different sectors. Other duties which I complete as part of my role are the creating and updating of sector literature and flyers using In-Design, the ordering of company business cards, producing of staff ID badges and raising and matching purchase orders.
