This role was working within the work experience team, where I worked with learners (young people and adults) who have complex and specific learning difficulties. I organised suitable work experience placements for students, alongside job coaching. Providing students with valuable employment skills and opportunities.

I enabled people with disabilities and mental health issues to develop and maintain employment opportunities of their choice, through providing information, advice, and guidance. I was also involved in tutoring, mentoring, and developing and delivering training, and on-the-job support as required. I took the lead on planning, developing, and delivering training to both internal staff, multiagency external staff, and NEET learners.
