Previously a records management and archives professional, I am presently undertaking a Batchelor of Information Studies (Records Management and Archives) at Charles Stuart University. To assist me to acquire a robust career and help me manage Information Management better. I have had expertise with managing file rooms and electronic document management systems including TRIM and Documentum. I have been a vital component of initiatives connected to Archives, Destruction, Office Migration and Software Rollouts. My uniqueness in records management is due to my passion for perfection, attention to governance and patience to see all projects through to the conclusion. While coaching other workers and keeping up with routine day to day work, My aims are to accomplish projects effectively while retaining great ethics and honesty. To guarantee any firm I am working for is always in my best interests.My career in records administration began in 2003, when I was offered temporary employment as a data entry clerk at KPMG a big four accounting company in Adelaide. I excelled at my work converting old lever-arch files to the new national standard in the records department, and the firm awarded me a full-time position as Document Management Administrator in 2004. My job continued for many years and I participated in Electronic Document Management Project “docShare”, 2005 office move and was incharge of all physical files spanning many divisions on and offsite. In 2008 I broadened my job experences to cover several tempory roles throughout the world; working from Bank of Ireland to Network Rail UK and many more.When I returned to Adelaide in 2012, PwC, another big four accounting company offered me the job of Records Management Administrator and immediately transferred me to Records Management Coordinator after six months. I enjoyed my job; I handled three file rooms and employed numerous outstanding employees. Wanting to further my profession I made a major move to Sydney in 2014. Where I was recruited to oversee an Archive Review Project with my old company KPMG, and I was designated Head of Destruction.
