The Infrastructure Acceleration Fund is the Governments fund of approximately $1 billion, aimed to bolster bulk infrastructure, including roading, three waters, and flood management, to facilitate the construction of much-needed homes in high-demand areas across New Zealand. In my role as Project Manager, I oversaw the enhancement of the Infrastructure Acceleration Fund (IAF) Application within the D365 CRM and Portal, to allow Funding Recipients and Kāinga Ora to meet their reporting, payment and funding obligations.This included managing multi-functional teams across Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Data Infrastructure, Development and Testing.
