The Infrastructure Acceleration Fund is the Governments fund of approximately $1 billion, aimed to bolster bulk infrastructure, including roading, three waters, and flood management, to facilitate the construction of much-needed homes in high-demand areas across New Zealand. In my role as Project Manager, I oversaw the enhancement of the Infrastructure Acceleration Fund (IAF) Application within the D365 CRM and Portal, to allow Funding Recipients and Kāinga Ora to meet their reporting, payment and funding obligations.This included managing multi-functional teams across Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Data Infrastructure, Development and Testing.

The $1 billion Infrastructure Acceleration Fund (IAF) is a key component of the Housing Acceleration Fund, investing in infrastructure to bolster new housing developments in areas facing significant supply and affordability issues throughout New Zealand. The IAF targets the root causes of housing supply constraints by unlocking land for development near essential amenities and employment opportunities through critical infrastructure investment. In my role as Senior Project Coordinator, I supported the planning and execution of the Fund Allocation Phase, encompassing a two-stage application process - Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) - and overseeing the final due diligence stage, where IAF Agreements were negotiated and funding was confirmed by decision-making Ministers.

The New Zealand Government established the Holidays Act Taskforce to recommend improvements to the Holidays Act, responding to requests from both unions and employers.In my dual role, on a fixed-term contract, I contributed to project initiatives for the Payroll Taskforce within the Labour Inspectorate. This involved gathering information and collaborating with teams to engage employers, assessing compliance with the Holidays Act 2003 and associated employment legislation in payroll cases.Additionally, I provided crucial support to the National Manager of the Labour Inspectorate, assisting the Leadership Team in meeting their objectives and deadlines effectively.

North End Lambton Quay

Moving into a high performing team based in the North End Branch on Lambton Quay. A crucial key to success in this role is to quickly adapt to changes to systems and technology and grasp new processes, policies and legislative requirements as they are implemented. As a Banking Advisor I demonstrate high numerical and data entry abilities, managed a portfolio of 3,000 clients, update delegations and authorisations, review and generate contracts, reconcile invoices against payment schedules and complete internal audits.

As a Home Loan Specialist, I processed complex lending applications from across New Zealand. This has given me a greater understanding of Credit Policy, Financial Risk, Analysing Financial Data and the interpretation of legislative policy including CCCFA and the Consumer Guarantees Act. In addition to prospective home loan clients, the role includes working closely with Credit Managers, Solicitors and Lending Services.

Wellington Sales Centre

As a Banking Advisor in the BNZ Sales Centre, I processed a large quantity of secured and unsecured lending requests, maintained client relationships through effective CRM and diary management, with a rotating average of 50 client applications. My resilience, adaptability and critical thinking allows me to assess risk while meeting client expectations and corporate objectives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong sales ability, I quickly excelled from a Banking Advisor into the specialist Home Loan Banking Advisor role.
