I am also responsible for answering customer query’s on a live chat system, answering customer query’s via a phone call and email ticket system, allocating online orders to the respective stores to process and fulfill, invoicing gift cards via our internal system, refunding customers, editing and uploading pre-owned clubs onto our website and editing orders, for example, editing the delivery address or size of a product, through our internal system.
