Gemma is an energetic, pragmatic and commercially minded lawyer with over 10 years post qualification experience in employment, public sector, commercial and regulatory work covering both contentious and non-contentious work. Previously she was an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association having assisted with a number of ELA responses to Government consultations and was also a member of the ELA Employment Law Oversight sub-committee.
