About Gemma Wright

I started my telecoms career in 2009, later establishing The Phone Mast Company where I remained a Director for over 11 years. I am now an Associate Director at Amsy Chartered Surveyors where I have been for 3 years.I am head of lease renewal and new letting negotiations, working on behalf of landlords across the UK to secure an agreement that works for them. I have a special interest in the Electronic Communications Code and am an avid reader of all case law.I am an active participant in the National Connectivity Alliance, attending working groups to help promote landlords interests and try to improve landlord tenant relations. I am also a member of the RICS Telecom Expert Working Group, consulting on industry papers and the OFCOM Code of Practice. We are also responsible for the RICS Telecoms Conference hosted annually.
