I am a Material Specialist, Furniture Designer, and Sculptor who is keen to work in a position advising creative clients on projects where a material expert and researcher is required. My journey began after graduating from Glasgow in 2014. In 2015, I moved to Eindhoven, Netherlands, to work with Spanish artist Nacho Carbonell, expanding my creative horizons and opening my own design studio. I am now open to working in the United Kingdom or wherever opportunities arise.My expertise in diverse materials stems from hands-on work in various design and sculpture studios, complemented by theoretical research. I have developed a deep understanding of materials such as metals, ceramics, glass, plastics, wood and many more elements. This enables me to adapt materials for use in product design, interior design, and architectural applications. My passion lies in researching and experimenting with material properties, combining craftsmanship with innovation to create impactful work.My Furniture and Sculpture practice embraces experimental creativity. I focus on handmade craft, pushing the boundaries of organic and man-made aesthetics. I have exhibited across Europe, collaborated with galleries, and partnered with designers on a range of projects. My recent residency in Mexico City involved researching local materials and plant life to enhance my sculptural work, fostering a connection between nature and human-made environments.In addition to physical creations, I am a keen digital designer, offering my services for local and remote projects.
