Working closely with the consultants, providing sector specific content for social media pages, helping to keep CRG TEC's audience up to date with current vacancies and important industry news.

Specialising in memory blankets, cushions and cuddly animals using grown out of baby clothes. Everything is made by hand and bespoke to order.

Working across multiple sites in the North West, developing close corporate relationships with other local businesses. Building trusted partnerships with like minded brands to deliver new sales channels to the business. Arranging meetings with business owners and sales managers to present how working with Venture can benefit their business. Partnerships set up to date include LFC, EFC, BMW, Mini, Water Babies and David Lloyd Gyms.

I have worked through many roles at the studio including exhibition, event management, photographer, sales advisor and finally manager. With a team of 8 people, I have developed a passion for people management. Other responsibilities include delivering challenging sales targets, Profit & Loss management, HR management, recruitment and forward planning to drive client volume through the business. Very hands on approach to management, stepping into each role regularly to support the team & cross training to offer & encourage staff development. In addition to close relationships with staff and clients, regular meetings and conference calls with the financial director and CEO, showing ability to engage with stake holders on all levels. Extensive experience within a premium brand, delivering five star customer service to every client.

Target driven role for which I gained the stores top sales results and developed merchandising skills. Within this role I developed skills to influence people, offering quality customer service. It was a very competitive position as over 800 people applied.

Completing basic web design and management duties for the company and its clients. Maintaining social networking sites for clients including Facebook, Myspace and Twitter and also updated client blogs. Other elements of the role included client relations, scheduling tasks, digitising and editing duties, including the creation of client show-reels for websites.
