I have been working as a lawyer specialized in Life Sciences for more than 16 years advising companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector. My work consists in helping pharmaceutical companies from the moment a project is born (clinical and investigation studies), to the moment the medicinal product acess the market and it is commercialized and must deal with the several measures adopted by the public administrations. I am specialized in regulatory law and compliance specially in relation to the application of the codes of conduct approved by the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Associations which is a requirement for many companies of the sector.
