I am responsible for the promotion and marketing of our educational and training courses for the Irish Tourism Industry both offline and online. I manage our email newsletter campaigns and update our social channels (Twitter and LinkedIn) with news updates regarding our Division's work. I produce marketing collateral to promote our courses such as flyers, brochures and other promotional collateral. I am also responsible for event management for my team and the logistical co-ordination of our events.

I have completed the Canva Design School suite of tutorials to learn how to use Canva to its fullest-Manage the Business Supports Content Database which includes a wide range of articles on trends and news in relation to digital marketing.-Co-manage the Fáilte Ireland LinkedIn group Web Checkers' Tourism SME's and provide regular posts and updates to the group on the latest developments in digital marketing.-Produced and edited an in-house library of business images for use in our Digital Alert and in the promotion of our webinars.-Website Reviewer: I have reviewed the websites of a wide number of different Tourism Businesses and offered them suggestions for enhancing their online offering -Helped develop the Sales Connect Market Readiness Assessment tool for Sales Connect GB, including the design of the matrix for report generation and the content of all reports generated by the tool. -Worked with the ebusiness team to design the Sales Connect GB landing page on www.failteireland.ie-Contributed to the design and proofing of the Sales Connect GB Interactive workbook and the Sales Connect GB Webinar as a member of the Sales Connect GB project team.-Ultimate Approver on www.irelandscontentpool.com from June 2014-Jan 2016. Provided a series of training sessions to 30 staff on how to use Ireland's Content Pool.

My role as Product Coordinator at Failte Ireland involved Event Management - organising roadshows and major conferences for the Tourism Industry. My role involved working closely with our PR agency to organise major national publicity campaigns on radio and in print media for the B&B, Self Catering, Spa & Wellness and Caravan & Camping sectors. It also involved producing marketing collateral such as DVD's, brochures, flyers and pull-up stands for the B&B, Self Catering, Caravan and Camping and Spa & Wellness sectors as well as coordinating the production of the marketing collateral for the Wild Atlantic Way project in 2013. This latter role also involved coordinating the translation of all Wild Atlantic Way collateral into French, German, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.
