Hello I’m Gemma 👋I’m a brand strategist and over the years I’ve worked at different agencies helping many businesses (mostly in the B2B and service industries) craft stand out brands to help drive their businesses forward. But I always found there was a missing link…We’d develop beautiful brands but not engage the team to ensure they were ready to deliver what we promised. So after taking some time off to have some babies I decided to approach branding differently.Through Sondo I’ve combined my love of branding and people and culture. We take an inside out approach to branding addressing not only how customers perceive their businesses but ensuring there is a team ready and motivated to support this promise. This approach to branding means that your ☝️visual brand (logos and visuals), ☝️verbal brand (words and tone) and ☝️cultural brand (behaviour and culture) are all in alignment. Over the years I've found that project success usually depends on ensuring the right people have a say and are engaged from the start. Talking with people, uncovering insights and gaining alignment and trust are my specialties. I’m as comfortable talking to your board as I am your front line staff.
