Received best feedback of the season for that duration.Remained at Le Val D’Isère Hotel for four further weeks as Assistant Manager, identifying and resolving issues in the Hotel. Became Hotel Manager of L’Aguille Percée Hotel for the last six weeks of the season, in charge of 34 staff and up to 134 guests.Efficiently coordinated a full pack-up of the hotel.Liaised with head office and marketing to ensure guests expectations were exceeded and that the product was successfully promoted.Took full management of the hotel’s finances and staff compliance.
