About Gemma Hampson

Digital strategy, experience and communications leader with 18 years experience in the non-profit sector. I currently head up Hactar as its MD - a social good digital agency specialising in the Wagtail CMS. We make amazing websites and products for organisations having a positive impact on the world. But more than this, we support them to align these products to their organisational strategy so it's a real tool for change.I'm passionate about change through collaboration and peer support. I've co-chaired the 2,000-strong Digital Charities network for over ten years, am a co-founder and working group member of Agencies For Good and am part of the Charity Change Collective, bring transformation best practice and insight to the sector.I previously sat on the BIMA Charity Council and was Chair of the Board of Trustees and a Director of the new Apopo UK for three years.
