I also lead on strategy, supporting clients to plan their digital needs in line with their organisation's objectives. Agencies For Good grew from a group of social good digital, comms and tech agencies rallying to help charities during the Covid pandemic.It's now an exciting and supportive Slack network of agencies, consultants and freelancers all working in the social good sector - with charities, social enterprises, gov, NHS, etc. It offers a space for peer support, collaboration, a chance to shape digital funding and programmes and agency sector chats. This senior role focused on strategy and digital delivery to increase brand recognition and income in line with our organisational strategy. Working closely with marketing, data, PR, corporate, events and major donor, I developed processes, content and infrastructure to deliver integrated campaigns and communications across multiple channels.Key to this was a story-led, mobile-first website and payment gateway, which launched in September 2016 along with a refresh of brand, all content, our flagship fundraising product and e-commerce. I introduced digital transformation, which focused on increasing awareness and income, but also opens the door for revolutionary digital services for homeless young people.

* Leader of a group of five reporters covering the county of Dorset for one of the UK’s largest and oldest weekly newspapers. * As a senior journalist, I had overall responsibility for one edition of the paper, which involved around ten pages of copy every week, including the front page. I also filled numerous other pages and, as team leader, took responsibility for other papers if need be. This included a variety of news and features, such as stories about illegal passports and housing campaigns to environmental activists and war heroes.

Wrote news stories and press releases for newspapers and businesses in the south west. This included features and news for the Dorset Echo, Portsmouth News and Big Issue, business development releases for one of Weymouth’s largest tourist attractions and features for local tourism promotions.
