My team and I worked collaboratively to solve workforce shortfalls using a combination of targeted interventions including; marketing campaigns, contributing to policy amendments, engaging with high school career programs, running agTech events, making recommendations for the WA curriculum, and engaging with identified stakeholders for pragmatic and meaningful solutions.
