As a journalist, I specialized in education and healthcare, including a stint as news editor, at a regional UK newspaper. I delivered public awareness campaigns for local government and worked in PR for the offshore financial, legal and insurance sectors, in Guernsey, Jersey, Switzerland, London, Malta, Dubai and Isle of Man. I have regional, national and international experience of consumer and trade media relations in Europe and the US. I have written CSR strategies for international organizations. In 2013 I launched Gem PR & Media in Guernsey, Channel Islands, UK to help clients strategically align PR with their business objectives.
