My experience spans 20+ years working on projects in London, the Middle East and New Zealand throughout all stages of planning, design and delivery. I am an experienced leader working with both public and private sector clients across a range of commercial, hotel & hospitality and healthcare projects. With an architectural background, I’m attentive to detail and have a holistic approach to design through in-depth knowledge of the design process. This provides me with the ability to consider projects from a macro level in terms of overall master-planning as well as an ability to hone in on the technical detailing, building methodology and whole of life thinking. Working on large scale complex projects has provided me with skills to satisfy the needs of a range of stakeholders to ensure projects are successful on every level. I adopt a practical approach, with strong strategic and analytical skills and an open communication style that engenders a high level of understanding. My proven track record of successful project management comes with a methodical approach and flexibility to adapt positively to any challenges that arise with the ability to manage multiple issues efficiently and comprehensively. My ability to understand the client and their critical needs as well as build collaborative and cohesive project teams is an invaluable asset in navigating projects through to completion.
