As the Innovation and Voice Programme Officer at Community Foundation Northern Ireland (CFNI), I manage and support a range of programmes that aims to amplify the voices of marginalized and/or underrepresented communities, and fosters democratic, social and digital innovation. I have over 20 years experience in community development and have the privilege to work and volunteer with many amazing individuals, groups and communities making a difference across NI. My core competencies include project management, community development, volunteer management, community work, strategic planning, grant making and fundraising, committee work and youth work. I am passionate about empowering and engaging communities, building trust and collaboration, and creating positive social impact. I am a strong advocate for the voice of lived experience to be front and central to what and how we do things, and have a strong value base for participation, diversity, equity and inclusion.
