After 12 years working in the recruitment industry (which took me from Scotland to the United Arab Emirates and back again), I'm delighted to finally be back doing what I'm most passionate about - health and wellness.I first discovered F45 training when I was living in Dubai. A friend recommended I do a trial and, after 2 weeks, I was hooked! It's effectively the same workout intensity of personal training, however, with the joy of doing it in a class setting. No two workouts are the same and the results are incredible!When we moved back to Scotland in 2020, my husband I both saw an opportunity to buy the F45 franchise in our hometown, Edinburgh, so we went for it! It's been quite a bumpy road getting to where we are now with delays from council planning to fit out but we did it and we opened our studio doors in June 2022.
