Gemma is a passionate and hardworking Multimedia Journalist with a highly applicable and technology savvy skillset, along with experience across multiple media platforms – including print, audio, video and online. Digital platforms such as Bicycling Australia Magazine, Cyclingtips, Hijacked, BULLSH!T, Concrete Playground and UOWTV Multimedia have provided her with diverse industry experience. Gemma was elected co-editor to the University of Wollongong’s student magazine, The Tertangala, in 2015 where she worked to produce six unique magazines and manage a group of 20 contributors, designers and photographers. She also advised two online editors and aided in the launch of a digital platform which featured news, features and discussions relevant to students across Australia. Not only was Gemma awarded a place on the Dean’s Merit 2015, she also graduated with a Distinction average in 2016. Gemma is passionate about women's sports, environmental sustainability and equality in all things.
