As part of a tight knit team of 5, I help to ensure the smooth running of each event that takes place from point of enquiry through to delivery.

At Wedlake Bell, I was responsible for managing 100+ annual events from conception to completion, collaborating with team heads to develop annual events calendars, ensuring KPIs are met and ROI’s fully analysed.

Wildlife conservation is very close to my heart and whilst I decided not to follow a career in anthropology (which I studied at university), I still enjoy giving my time to wildlife conservation projects when I can and I continue to support and volunteer with the charity Orangutan Appeal UK at its Surrey-based office.

As event manager for the London based office I managed all internal seminars and external events from end to end. I also took the initiative to start a young professionals networking group which enabled the more junior legal team to generate close ties with top clients and to grow with them throughout their careers. I developed, managed and ran quarterly seminars; sourcing top speakers in Clean-Tech and generating a forum for Investors to meet SMEs in the industry. I managed all commercial venue sales whilst working closely with the rest of the team to produce weddings, large-scale concerts, RHS Chelsea Flower Show, receptions, launch parties and state visits.
