Man-made features will be extracted from the orthoimages to generate GIS ready large-scale topographic line maps (TLMs) at the scale 1:10,000 accuracy level with priority on identified geo-hazard prone areas and poverty-stricken communities throughout the country.3. Since the master plan is intended to serve as a long-term framework for the sustainable development of Butuan City, it should provide a vision that is consistent with the national and regional development objectives under the PDP and RDP, respectively and contribute to achieving the country’s long-term vision as spelled out in the AmBisyon 2040. To this end, the implementation of the master plan should be typically within a 20-year planning period or until CY 2040. Show less
