Gemma has oversight and responsibility for the Konexo Real Estate team which is responsible for lender services, support for infrastructure and utility clients, mortgage portfolio sales and purchases, due diligence, document reviews, management of data rooms, and support for clients who need a team set up quickly to deal with a short-term project. Gemma is an active member of the Equity Release Council and the Conveyancing Association. She also provides regular client training.
