I manage, mentor and coach curriculum and pastoral leaders and have in-depth experience of mentoring and developing beginning and experienced teachers.My passion for education, learning and development has also led me to train as a clinical therapist to support those unable to manage stress and expectations, and building their resilience.With BRIYM, I have developed a program, using education, supervision and coaching to develop professional and personal resilience. By providing a better understating of the four pillars of emotional intelligence, and sharing strategies to regulate oneself and support those in our teams, a culture of sustainable success can be established and maintained.
