EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE DIRECTOR AND RESEARCH MANAGER•General Functions and Tasks - Personal assistant and confidential secretary to the director of the organization - Develops procedures and maintains an efficient office for the director- Communicate with Australian Government agencies to obtain information for special projects- Lead coordination for the Manila team - Manage the director's and company's correspondences - Bookkeeping and custodian of funds and reconcile expenses - Prepare spreadsheets for financial and marketing analyses- Manage travel arrangements and appointments for the Executives - Undertake administrative tasks related to the functional responsibilities of the Executive assisted - Preparation reports and presentation materials - Document control of confidential records - Takes notes at executive meetings- Track stock portfolio performance •Research Manager Function- Develop documents from research conducted from various sources- Maintain reports measuring business performances - Plan, manage, and conduct research and analytical projects that address the organizations information needs- Prepares resource materials- Collates data for the provision of tabulations, charts, and graphs

HEAD OF BUSINESS SERVICES AND REPORTS TO THE CEO •Coordinate with Technical Services Group and Engineering and Operations group regarding status of projects and their work accomplishments •Management Operating Committee Invitee representing Business Services •Manage communications schedule and details including but not limited to tabulation of meeting/s (both regular scheduled meetings and special meetings) minutes and relevant courses of action. •Leader of Key Account Development and Management efforts on Executive Sponsored Accounts being tracked by Electro-Systems: - Bureau of Treasury - City of Dreams Projects (also elected as document controller during project implementation) - Solaire Bids•Lead coordination in behalf of the CEO for - PCAB – Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board - Government Offices who are potential customers•Value-added Supply chain and Logistics coordination •Document control•Customer services •Marketing and Sales support •Bid preparation •Events Management •IT Liaison •Database management •HR Admin Liaison •Regulatory Compliance Liaison
