Celebrating what 4 strands of wellbeing - MOVE, EAT, CONNECT and EXPLORE the 2018 festival hijacked Bristol with over 200 events shared via one wristband, the M-Shed hosting MOVE content, We the Curious bringing CONNECT to life, and Ashton Court holding EAT and EXPLORE strands. Highlights including hanging Aerial Yoga from the iconic Harbourside cranes, a Wild Kitchen sharing cooking demos from a 44ft yurt up at Ashton Court, and a silent disco jungle workout through the woods.

Recognising that good food was important to our audience we sought out those who were doing it best and brought them together to present the ultimate festival feasting experience. Hosted by DJBBQ, playing tunes from daylight to daybreak we also partnered with family brand Hotpoint to produce the Hotpoint Festival Kitchen, showcasing headliner chef demos including Martin Morales, Gill Meller and Steven Lamb.This then developed into The River Cottage Family Feasting and Culinary Workshops Experience in 2018 - a restaurant and outdoor demo kitchen, seating 100 diners twice a day, while delivering cooking workshops from our beautiful outdoor kitchen.

With yoga and meditation classes alongside more adventurous sessions for people to try too such as breathwork, cacao ceremonies and gong baths, alongside inspiring talks in the field of healing and wellbeing. -
