Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, trauma-informed abuse prevention training tailored to the unique needs of independent, boarding, and charter schools. Through innovative safety strategies, we help schools create a Culture of Safety by promoting boundary policies, training for hiring the safest staff, and conducting thorough reference checks.Our programs are known for their engaging and interactive approach, offering both live and asynchronous courses specifically designed for the organizations we serve. Each course is customized to reflect the unique culture and experiences of our clients, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.In my role, I work closely with independent and charter schools, conducting in-depth analyses of their policies and culture. I compile comprehensive reports based on these findings, enabling tailored recommendations to school leadership. My goal is to ensure every client receives exceptional support and the best training experience possible.Beyond client collaboration, I manage various operational and administrative responsibilities. This includes providing technical support for clients using our LMS platform, managing co-founders’ schedules and communications, and assisting with event planning for conferences and workshops.
