- Write and edit clear, accurate, timely, and well-organized documentation to support key business functions such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), contracts, service agreements, and budgets
- Track budgets, end dates, and price adjustment clauses for all pipeline projects, contracts, and amendments for Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and releases
- Conduct research and interview subject matter experts to gain understanding and document technical information and knowledge, then convert the knowledge into written content in different formats
- Create, draft, format, review, and edit formal Requests for Proposals and contract documents for engineering and design projects
- Review and proofread documents monthly for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, while offering suggestions for improved readability and clarity
