Engineering without humanity - is powerless. This lesson comes through time and time again, whether it be when I was in Cambodia repairing medical equipment, tutoring uni students in engineering design and innovation or simply, having a chat to a process operator about the next step forward. As an engineer, I am continuously trying to gain perspective and challenge my predispositions. Why? Well... we are responsible for more than fixing the problem in front of us - we are here to create solutions to meet the needs of future generations to come. This drives my passion in keeping consumers happy whilst delivering environmentally (and socially) sustainable alternatives, right now, and in the future... because small steps, made by many.... is how you create a movement.
