Manage a specified event from conception to completion. This includes all financial and budgetary scheduling and reporting, operational planning, sponsorship, sales and marketing development and client liaison before, during and following the event.

> Fully involved in the preparation of tender documents in compliance with the regulations for International Conferences and Exhibitions.> Liaise with hotels for exhibitors, delegates, speakers and guest's requirements.> Help facilitate travel and visa requirements needed by the exhibitors, etc.> Handle the design of the event floorplan> Manage the registration process onsite> Responsible in preparing the post event outlining the planning process and all logistical information.>Train and supervise support staff required for events>Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation, transportation for participants, catering, cleaning, printing, security, hostesses and floral arrangements.>Prepares contracts and barter deals with service providers

> Coordinating all matters relative to the development, planning and implementation of Exhibitions.> Responsible for continual updates to the Database> Facilitating a smooth and effective information flow and relationship with the exhibitors.> Assist in facilitating the smooth operation of the set project by coordinating and managing administrative function.> In charged in maintaining records and information related to Finance, Operation and Administration of the set project.> Prepares routine correspondence at my own initiative, assemble data for reports; research and investigate information to enable strategic decision making by the Projects Manager.
